🚀 THE JOB
Based in our fantastic office in the heart of Barcelona, you will be part of the Human Resources team. Working closely with Tifenn, People & Culture Specialist, you will be joining the team to support our growing recruitment needs. From screening CVs to onboarding candidates. You will be responsible for the following tasks:
Recruitment

Understand the Tech roles of our Barcelona Lab teams (Developer, Data Analyst, Product Owner, etc.)

Write and publish job offers on the appropriate channels

Research, identify and contact the people you consider relevant

Conduct interviews and write reports for managers (your expert opinion matters to us)

Maintaining close contact with the candidate (introducing the company, keeping them informed of the progress of the recruitment process and providing constructive feedback)
HR & Onboarding projects
- Prepare all the logistical aspects of a new member (ensure equipment and goodies stock, set-up their desk)
- Conduct welcome presentations, answering HR questions and supporting new employees

Update our communication presentations and organisational chart

Promote the company's values and suggest ideas for improving the employer brand
- Benchmark market salaries and keep an eye on the market
- Participate in cross-functional HR projects with the HR team

You have an experience in Tech recruitment

You are fluent in French, English and Spanish
- You enjoy working in a team and learning from others
- You are sociable, enjoy talking to people and can adapt to different audiences

- Organised and persistent, you like to help and be helpful

Enthusiasm and a good sense of humour are necessary! :)
