🎯 YOUR MISSIONS
As a member of the customer service team, you are the dedicated contact for business Spanish Customers. Committed, dynamic and proactive, you help customers to travel smoothly :
- Ensure the operational and personalized management of requests (air, rail, cars and hotels)
- Handle litigation and claims
- Manage the interface with suppliers
- Identify and propose fare optimization
👀 Our Ideal Candidate ?
- You have at least 5 years of experience as Business Travel Consultant and with Amadeus

You speak Spanish and English
- Teamwork and a great sense of service are key for you

Shifts from Monday to Friday : 08h30 -17h30/09h30 -18h30
